I don't usually take time to leave reviews, especially not negative ones. I figure everyone can have a bad experience every once in a while, but this one was the worst ever! We eat out probably 4 times a week and this is the worst service we have ever had by far. I'm still giving it two stars because we were happy with the price and my main entre was hot, but this was a very bad experience. We waited 15 minutes for silverware AFTER our food was served. All of it except for my entre was served cold and became even more cold because of the wait. We could see silverware on a cart from where we were sitting and asked our waitress for it 3 times. The other tables in our section were having similar issues. We ordered salads, an appetizer, a kids meal, and two adult entrees. Everything was given to us all at once so we had to box up the appetizer and salads and take it home with us. Every time we asked for anything, like a glass of water or a napkin or a box, we had to ask note than one and had to wait atleast 15 minutes for it. The other tables were waiting a lot for the things they needed, too. The waitress was not on the floor very much. She brewed a pot of coffee for another table and stayed back there the whole time it was brewing. She could have brought my water or something in the meantime. We were very disappointed.
I absolutely love their food. The service is always great. So far every time we've been there, we have never had any complaints.
Good food nice place
This is one of my favorite places to eat. Their food is delicious, they serve alcoholic beverages. They are very friendly the restrooms are clean and you usually don't have to wait too long for your food. On the other hand there are days that you go there and the line is all the way outside. I think the longest I've had to wait for a table is maybe an hour. But I think the food is definitely worth it.
I never have good service unless I sit at the bar with one of the twins. Last time in our server was horrible. I won't be back because this keeps happening. It's like the land of zero cares. I had the servers stand by our table and all complain about their jobs but no one took any dirty dishes off our table the whole time!! Drinks didn't get filled. Heard the kitchen yelling. This is why the staff isn't making money. Customers don't want to hear you complain and not do your job.
