If there were more cashier's this would have received 4 stars. The manager Alan was super helpful getting the line down and really nice too. Colton the cashier was a pleasure too however at night, different cashier's and managers are there and the place just doesn't run as smoothly.
No wonder internet shopping is so popular. My husband came home from his last 2 trips empty handed due to poor customer service at the register. His last visit on a Friday morning had 4 employees working in the store. (and 1 on break outside the store) 1 gabby cashier and 12 customers waiting to check out. Maybe management needs to remind the employees that customer purchases help pay their wages.
Did not find either items I wanted but did receive polite help and they even suggested another store to try.
Everything went ok, had to buy a free light because I didn't have the coupon
One person working... Line to the back of store. Couldn't find my item and no one to help. Left without my purchase!!
