I want to recognize an employee that works in the blind department! What an amazing experience. I had no clue what I wanted or needed. She went over and beyond to help me make a decision even pointing out what my different price options were. I only wish I would have gotten her name. Fri. 3pm. I work in customer service so I wanted to take a moment to thank you! I'm sure you already know what a great employee you have.
Great selection, good prices, amazing staff. ( most of them anyway. ) I always pick Lowes over any other home improvement store! I Always take my dogs in for socializing! Most customers are thrilled to love on them too ! Such a win, win! Although, there is a lady AT CUSTOMER SERVICE who blatantly said " I hate dogs. I just tell people I'm allergic to them. " She had a very ugly attitude with me when I asked for help. (My dog is well behaved.) Management might what to work with her on her customer service skills.
Super friendly employees that are always willing to help a customer with information on finding what they need. They also almost always make sure it is what the person will need to do what they want to do. I am also very happy that the store allows my four-legged friend to join me so she does not have to wait in the vehicle!!!
Lowes is great but cabinet section in East York! Well I wanted the salesman(tony p)to write me up or order on a countertop and he just acted like he didn't want to help me out and was rushing me out the door or didn't think I was going to buy but I ended up buying at another place ..I did buy my cabinets there and had to order a piece so tony ordered it for me but never gave me a call? i had to call them... cabinet section needs better customer service skills
Typically a great place to go. This one star is because their key copying service created a faulty key for me. It's not a huge deal, but it's frustrating that I have to go back and get a refund.
