Sales reps came across that they were being inconvenienced when I asked for assistance regarding a truck rental as well as were unwilling to assist me with finding a solution. As I approached the rental station they were having a personal conversation quickly answered and dismissed me and basically told me I'm on my own. One of the worst customer service ecpetiences i have ever encountered. I would give it a 0 but unfortuately that is not an option.
Horrible store Tuesday at 4:45 barely any employees on the floor and those that are don’t want to work. Came to get a blind and needed it cut to size. No one had a clue. Including the manager at the time Grant (I believe it was). Waiting 32 mins for help no one came left my cart and my son and I headed to Lowe’s and picked out our large window blind with panels cut perfectly.
Closed at 9 and was getting in checkout line and was told the register was closed so I had to go to customer service. If you close at 9 you have to give 15-20 to leave the register open for people to check out. Will shop at Lowe's from now on. Bad customer relations if your going to kick customers out.
Worst ever.
I was shopping for a new outside door. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and pointed me to a good door at a great price. This was at the Home Depot in East York.
If you want goo customer service and friendly employees DONT GO TO THIS EAST YORK store.
What I like most about this Home Depot (and I've visited many) is that they have a lot of department people who have been there for a long time and really know their stuff. Too bad that they lost Patrick though... that guy knew EVERYTHING in that store from top to bottom.
